Aadishakti.Travels offers flexible self-drive car rental options with two booking durations: a 12-hour slot, ideal for short city trips or errands, and a 24-hour slot, perfect for full-day journeys or outstation travel. Extra hours beyond the chosen slot will attract additional charges. Each booking includes unlimited kilometers within Odisha, 24×7 roadside assistance, clean and fully serviced vehicles, and free home delivery and pickup within 3 km of our parking center (a nominal delivery fee applies beyond this limit).
For late returns, a delay of up to 1 hour is exempt from charges; however, any delay beyond 1 hour incurs a ₹250 per hour late fee. Customers are responsible for their own fuel, tolls, parking fees, and other road charges during the rental period. Rash driving, over-speeding, or traffic violations are strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or denial of future bookings.
In case of damage or an accident, the customer must immediately inform Aadishakti.Travels. An FIR copy and explanation may be required for insurance claims. Any intentional or negligence-based damage will be fully chargeable to the renter. Additionally, in the event of downtime caused by customer fault or accident, the renter must pay ₹1000 per day as downtime charges until the vehicle is restored to service.
At the time of booking, customers are required to submit valid ID proof, including Driving License, Aadhaar, and Voter ID, along with a contact number.
Aadishakti Travel provides convenient car rental with driver services, offering flexible booking options of 12-hour and 24-hour durations. The rental rate includes both the vehicle and the driver; however, fuel, tolls, parking charges, and inter-state permits must be borne by the customer. Any usage beyond the booked duration will incur extra hourly charges.
All our drivers are verified, experienced, and trained in customer service to ensure a safe and pleasant journey. Should there be any instance of misbehavior or concerns regarding the driver, customers are encouraged to report the issue immediately to our support team for prompt action.
Customers are expected to treat the vehicle with care during the rental period. Any intentional damage, negligence, or violation of traffic rules may lead to penalties, additional charges, or denial of future bookings. Aadishakti.Travels reserves the right to take necessary action in such cases to protect its services and ensure customer safety.
Aadishakti Travel makes ticket booking simple and hassle-free for flights, trains, and buses. Customers can easily share their journey details—such as origin, destination, preferred date, time, and class of travel—through WhatsApp or by calling our support team. Based on the request, we promptly suggest the best available travel options to match customer preferences and budget, ensuring a smooth booking experience.
To confirm any booking, full payment is required in advance, after which the ticket will be issued and shared with the customer. This process ensures transparency, reliability, and a secure travel arrangement.
Our cancellation and refund policy strictly adheres to the respective airline, IRCTC (for train tickets), or bus operator’s rules and regulations. While Aadishakti.Travels will extend full support in initiating and processing refund requests where applicable, we cannot be held responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations initiated directly by the service providers. Customers are strongly encouraged to review the operator’s terms and conditions before booking, as this will provide a clear understanding of their policies regarding changes, cancellations, or refunds.
